3. The Photo Eraser service
The approved version should describe the editing service at an appropriate level, including material technical limitations and any distinction between free, trial, and paid functionality.
Product descriptions should not guarantee a result that cannot be consistently delivered across all photos or devices.

The final terms should state that users must have the necessary rights to submit photos and should explain ownership or license terms for uploaded content, edit instructions, and generated output.
Any license granted to operate the service should be limited to the verified purposes and retention period of the production system.
5. Acceptable use
Document prohibited conduct based on the actual safety and abuse controls. Typical topics may include unlawful content, infringement, attempts to disrupt the service, unauthorized access, automated abuse, and circumvention of usage limits.
6. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
Replace this section with accurate billing cycles, renewal terms, cancellation steps, trial conversion, marketplace billing rules, taxes, and refund handling. The language must match the App Store or other billing channel configuration.
7. Availability and changes
The final terms should reserve only the operational flexibility actually needed to maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue features. Material changes and paid-service impacts should be addressed clearly.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute resolution, governing law, and regional consumer protections require legal review. Do not publish generic clauses without confirming the contracting entity and applicable jurisdictions.
9. Suspension and termination
Describe the circumstances, notice, appeal options, data consequences, and surviving terms for suspension, user cancellation, and termination.
